HOW TO ORDER:

Step 1: Choose the size and style you want.

Step 2: Upload a clear photo of the pet using the "Drag and Drop your files" box. (Please refer to the PHOTO GUIDELINES in the listing images to ensure the best quality photo to submit.) 

Step 3: After you add the item to your cart, please use the "Notes" box at checkout to let us know:

      - Your pet’s name (if you'd like it included)

      - Any special requests or instructions (background color if other than white or add a halo for no additional charge.)

I will use this information to create your custom portrait and send you a PROOF by email for approval before printing!

- Poster Prints: Printed on Hot Press Textured Matte Fine Art Paper. It is a high-quality, archival grade, acid-free, 100% cotton rag paper. Textured surface that replicates the look and feel of traditional watercolor papers, ensuring that every shade and tone of your pet's portrait is captured with impeccable color. Simply frame it, and you've got an art piece that will impress everyone. 

- Canvases:  Printed on a thick (.75 inch) archival-grade canvas to ensure durability. It is pH neutral and acid-free, so it will not yellow or fade over time. And here's the best part – it comes ready to hang! 

- Framed Prints: Seeking an extra touch of elegance? I use solid wood frames with optical-grade clear acrylic. Like the canvases, these too come ready to hang with a kraft paper dust cover, and  sawtooth hanger included.  You can rest easy knowing the products are packaged securely to ensure your precious portrait reaches you in pristine condition.

PLEASE NOTE: The higher the resolution of your image, the better the final print will look! While I will do everything I can to make sure your print looks perfect, I can only do so much. If the image you submit won't work, I will contact you for a better image. (Please refer to the PHOTO GUIDELINES in the listing images to ensure the best quality photo to submit.) 

🚩I AM ABLE to remove small blemishes, however, I CANNOT remove large items such as bandanas, harnesses etc. (I try to remove leashes, but anything larger may not be possible or may require an extra fee depending on the time it will take.)

Q: What kind of photos work the best?

A: A photo that displays the features of your pet clearly. It is best if the pet is forward facing without anyone or anything obscuring the face and chest. 

Q: Is this a real painting? 

A: While my portraits are not hand painted with traditional brushes, they are digitally painted with great care and attention to detail. Each one is custom created from your pet’s photo using digital tools that allow me to capture your pet’s unique personality, expression, and charm. The result is a beautiful, high-quality watercolor-style portrait.

Q: Do you do other types of pets? 

A: Yes! I do dogs, cats, bunnies, horses, birds, lizards, etc.

Q: Can I put multiple pets on the same portrait?

Q: Can I send multiple photos and choose the best portrait? 

A: You can submit multiple photos and I will choose the best one. If you are ok with me selecting which one to use, then you can submit more than one. If you have one that you really want to use, just submit it. Rest assured, I will inform you if the chosen photo doesn't meet my quality standards.
